Stress, anxiety and negative self talk can deter us all from optimal health. I help my clients not only with their fitness goals but give them tools to combat the stress life throws at us. True fitness involves both the body and the mind. Personalized consultations provide a custom plan to meet you where you are.
A certified yoga instructor registered with Yoga Alliance RYT 200. My special training addresses stress, anxiety and depression from the inside out. We will soon offer training in pre and post natal yoga. Our holistic approach assists in connecting body and mind through fitness.
Adapting to any new fitness habit can be a challenge. Fitness through yoga can increase physical and mental well being . By utilizing tools such as breath work, meditation, stretching and strength, you are creating daily habits that will positively impact all aspects of your life. It is my belief that training the mind and body together will greatly assist in taking on life challenges.
